Biography

I received my M. Sc. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Columbia University in the City of New York in under the supervision of Prof. Xiaodong Wang. Previous to that I was a researcher at the ISABEL group at Department of Telematic Systems Engineering, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM).  Even previous to that I received my Engineer Degree in Computer Science (1st Class Honours) from the University of Murcia (UMU), Spain.

I am a recipient of the "La Caixa" Foundation and the Rafael del Pino foundation Scholarships. I am currently an ICREA Junior Empresa Scholar.

I am a currently working in the areas of  Wireless and Mobile Networking and Delay Tolerant Networks.

What's new:

• Our papers "On the Performance of Network Coding in Multi-Resolution Wireless Video Streaming" and "A Simple Optimization Model for Wireless Opportunistic Routing with Intrasession Network Coding" will appear at NetCod 2010.
